The best foods for weight loss are many but you have to pay special attention to the fat burning foods. The best foods for weight loss are the fat burning foods that are mainly vegetables, fish, algae, fibers, fruit, beans, seeds, nuts, and fermented soya or cereals.




  • The main thing is to eat loads of vegetables, don’t cook them in oil or fat and try to eat raw vegetables instead of cooked vegetables.
  • Another one of the best foods for weight loss is fish, fish has many health enhancing properties like omega 3 and it has almost no fat. The fish is great for meals and it will only give you the protein you need.

  • Nuts are very good to carry around and eat during the day if you feel hungry.
  • You can complete your meals with pasta, rice, and couscous. These are carbohydrates or carbs and are very good to give you energy but beware that if you eat too many carbs they’ll be turned into fat so you better just eat enough carbs to keep you going (better check caloric guidelines or portions featured in the diet books). Another point about the carbs is that you shouldn’t cook them too much especially when it comes to the pasta, try just to cook the enough so that the pasta is edible but not too soft, al dente like the Italians say.
